Library Closed February 15th - President's Day

All branches of the San Francisco Public Library, including the Glen Park Branch, will be closed in observance of President's Day on Monday, February 15th. The library will reopen on Tuesday, February 16th at 10 a.m.

Bernal Heights Library Reopens!

This past Saturday, the Bernal Branch reopened!

Renovation highlights include a new expanded children’s room on the lower level and a designated teen area on the main floor. The renovations will also include an elevator and accessible restrooms, making the branch fully accessible to all. There will be an increased book and materials collection, wireless access to the internet, improved lighting, heating and ventilation, access from the playground to the children’s area, new furniture, and a variety of seating choices. The building’s original architecture will be respected and many historic features restored.
