PAGASA claimed that the Typhoon Quiel contains strong winds reaching 150 kilometers per hour near the center of the storm while another wind speed is still reaching 185 kilometers per hour.
Right now, the eye of the storm starts to pursue its way out of the country.
The Typhoon Quiel maintained its rapid headway with the speed of 26 per hour in the direction to the West.
Right now, there are still provinces elevated to Signal No. 3 which are Benguet, Ilocos Sur, La Union and Pangasinan.
Also, Signal No. 2 in Ilocos Norte, Abra, Apayao, Kalinga, Mt. Province, Ifugao, Cagayan, Isabela, Nueva Vizcaya, Quirino, Aurora, Nueva Ecija, Tarlac, Zambales and Pampanga.
Signal No. 1 in Calayan Group of Islands, Babuyan Group of Islands, Northern Quezon, Polilo Island, Rizal, Cavite, Bataan, Bulacan and Metro Manila.
PAGASA warned that do not becaome complacent for those who are from the Luzon areas even if the Typhoon Quiel is leaving the country because it will intensifies the Southwest Monsoon which will bring Metro Manila and other parts of Southern Luzon a rainy hours until tomorrow.
Expect tomorrow that the Typhoon Quiel leaves the ocean part of the Philippines.
